Goodyear welted construction

Like most of our collection, the Gatsby commando is made with Goodyear welted, an assembly which guarantees a longevity to the shoe and the possibility, once worn, of re-sole it.

An exceptional leather

We exclusively work with European tanneries renowned for their craftmanship and the quality of the leather they offer.
The black pebble grained calf leather. This full-grain calfskin has the advantage of being resistant while remaining dressed, with the possibility of "glazing" on it.

THIN LAST - THE 198

This last is the perfect compromise between the elegance of the 199 and the ease of the 206. The comfortable fit adapts to the widest range of foot morphologies.

DOUBLE Needle Hand stitch

A platform made up of two layers of leather joined together and hand-stitched with two needles. An exceptional process, still entirely manual, carried out by hand in our workshops in Spain, guaranteeing the inimitable strength and finesse of your shoes.

Goodyear welted construction

This sewn consists of two separate seams connected by the welt: 1. the Goodyear seam on the inside, which you cannot see, and 2. The small stitch seam which you can see in the photo opposite.

Commando Vibram

Italian made, the Vibram sole has soon become an iconic rubber sole. With a bold and original look, it is made of 100% natural rubber, which offers the advantage of being both insulating and adherent, making it perfectly adapted to cold and rainy seasons.

Its heel is called "baraquette", which means that the small stitch goes all the way around the shoe.
