Return your order
Step 1: Register your return
- With your order number and the associated email address, go to the “return your order” link within 30 days of delivery. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for each return, then confirm your request.
Step 2: Prepare your parcel
- Products must be new, tried on but unworn;
- Shoes must be returned in their original box or packaging. Any missing or damaged box may be charged €10;
- We recommend trying shoes on a carpet or rug to avoid marks or scratches on the soles;
- The shoe box must be protected inside a shipping box.
Step 3: Ship your parcel
- Drop off your parcel at a post office or at a Septième Largeur store (France only). Once your parcel has been delivered, please allow around one week for your refund or exchange to be processed.
A return request cannot be modified once it has been submitted. If you need to make changes, you must first cancel the current request and then submit a new one.
You may return multiple orders in the same parcel. Please ensure that all relevant items are included and that the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
For any exchange or store credit request, please visit the original Septième Largeur store where the purchase was made. Please note that in-store purchases are not eligible for refunds; only exchanges or store credit are available. Refunds are only available for online purchases.
Return conditions
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, tried on but unworn, and returned in their original box or packaging. To preserve their condition, we recommend trying them on a carpet or rug to avoid any marks or scratches on the soles, especially for models with leather soles.
- Any pair showing marked soles will be subject to a fixed fee of €45. This fee covers the installation of metal toe taps and rubber soles, required to make the shoes suitable for resale in their current condition.
Not all items are eligible for return, particularly those that have been customized (patina, cobbler services, or enlargement service).
Orders placed online can be returned directly to our Septième Largeur stores, in France only. You can select this option when registering your return request.
Return fees
Return fees are free of charge within mainland France. In the case of an exchange, only the shipping costs for sending the new parcel may apply, depending on our delivery terms.
For international orders, return fees apply depending on the destination.

Refund:
For refunds, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount as follows:

Refund
Once your parcel has been received, please allow around one week for your refund to be processed. Once issued, the refund will then be credited within 4 to 5 business days.
By choosing this option, you receive an additional 5% bonus on your refund amount as store credit. The store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used across our entire collection.
