For orders below the free delivery threshold, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. You will find below the details of shipping fees and available delivery methods.
France:
- Colissimo home delivery (signature required, 48–72 business hours): €9,90
- Colissimo pickup point (48–72 business hours): €5,90
- DHL Express (24 business hours): €14,90
- Courier (Paris intramural only): €20
- Click & Collect (Paris Rive Droite or Rive Gauche): free

We offer international delivery. However, certain restrictions apply due to international regulations and embargo measures. As a result, we do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Russia.

UK, Switzerland, United States, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore:
- For your convenience, customs duties and taxes are included in your order total.
They are automatically calculated and displayed in your cart before checkout.
Rest of the world:
- Customs duties and taxes may be applied upon entry into the country, in accordance with current regulations. These fees are then collected directly by the carrier before delivery.
- If customs duties and taxes are refused, or if the delivery is refused, the parcel will be returned to the sender. Due to the costs incurred by this return, return fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Your order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Each pair of shoes is carefully prepared before shipment by our logistics team. You will be informed by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
- For any order including patina work or cobbler services, longer preparation times apply due to the specific nature of the order. Patinas require a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks, cobbler work 7 to 10 days, and resoling 2 to 3 weeks.
Tracking and delivery management
You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will also be available at any time in your customer account, allowing you to track your parcel in real time.
