Delivery times are approximate and provided for informational purposes only. For any order including a patina or cobbler work, longer preparation times may apply due to the specific nature of the order.

How to make a return?

Orders can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Shoes that have been customized through cobbling or patina work cannot be returned or exchanged.

Did you purchase from a Septième Largeur boutique? Please return to the original store for any exchanges or store credit. Please note that refunds are not available for in-boutique purchases: only exchanges or store credit are possible. Refunds are available for online purchases only.

STEP 1

Register your return

  1. Go to your customer account and click on "Return your order". You will need your order number and the associated email address.
  2. You can then select all the items you wish to return, choose a reason for each item, and once all the items to be returned have been added, click confirm.

Prepare your return

The condition of the shoes

Products must be returned in new condition, meaning tried on but not worn. Items should be sent back in their original box or packaging.

We recommend trying on your shoes on a carpet to avoid any marks or scratches on the soles.

The return form

Place the items you wish to return and your completed return form in the package, and attach the return label. The return form is required so that our team can identify your order and process your refund.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which should not be used as the shipping package.

Place the shoe box inside the original packaging (or another box) and seal it with tape! Any missing or damaged shoe box will be charged €10.

STEP 3

Ship your package

  1. Go to your nearest post office to drop off your package. You can also leave your return at one of our Paris boutiques.
  2. We will send you a confirmation message once your package is received. After we receive your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within approximately one week.
