We recommend having rubber soles and metal toe taps installed after 4 to 5 wears. However, it is important not to wait too long in order to avoid damaging the leather sole, which should remain in good condition.
- You can have your rubber soles and metal toe taps installed by your trusted cobbler, or directly through our services. Indeed, we offer a dedicated shoe repair service for the care of your Septième Largeur shoes.
- Once your order has been placed, we invite you to drop off your shoes directly at one of our Paris stores, or send them to the following address:

- Please note that, due to the cobbler service, a processing time of 7 to 10 days is required before the shoes are shipped.
We offer several shoe care services:
- Wax service: a bi-monthly shoe care service including brushing, application of lotion and polish, as well as light work on folds of ease. This service is carried out by our Paris team.
- Shoe cleaning service: a complete leather care treatment using Saphir cream, lace replacement, and vamp dyeing. This service is also carried out by our Paris team.

- If your shoes have a stain, we invite you to first contact our customer service by email at contact@septiemelargeur.fr, sending us photos of your shoes.
- Depending on the review of your request, we may offer you our leather recoloration service, carried out by our Paris teams.
- Glazing is a service that makes the toe cap of the shoe particularly shiny. It provides a very elegant and refined finish, ideal for special occasions.
- We offer two glazing services: full mirror shine and intermediate high shine, depending on your preferences.
- It is also possible to achieve a glazed finish at home using Saphir’s Mirror Gloss. We offer it in a neutral version and in black, to match the colour of your shoes.
Shoe repair
- Your shoes can be resoled. Most of our collection is made using Goodyear welt construction, which makes resoling easier.
- If you are interested, we invite you to place an order for our resoling service. Once your order has been placed, you can drop off your shoes directly at one of our Paris stores or send them to the following address:

- It is entirely possible to have your sneakers resoled. You simply need to place an order for our sneaker resoling service.

A resoling takes 2 to 3 weeks.
We invite you to contact our customer service by email at contact@septiemelargeur.fr, sending us photos of your shoes so we can provide you with a quote. This will allow us to assess the nature of the damage and recommend one of our care or repair services if possible.
