Shoes that have been personalized due to a shoe care or patina cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have purchased in a Septième Largeur shop? Go to the shop where you originally purchased the product for any exchange or credit.

Submit your return
  • Log in to your account on www.septiemelargeur.fr then go to "My orders" and select the order.
  • Check the product(s) you want to return.
  • Specify the reason of your return or the exchange desired.
  • Our Customer Service will quickly send you a prepaid label to print and stick on your package.

    Prepare your parcel
    • Products must be in new condition, meaning which have been tried but not worn. Products must be returned in their original box and packaging. We recommend trying your shoes on a carpet to avoid marks or scratches on the soles.
    • Slide your products to be returned and the return form into the package on which you will stick the prepaid label.

    Your return form is essential for the identification of your package and for the good conduct of your refund or exchange.

    Above all, never use the shoebox as a return package. Put the shoebox back in the original packing box (or another one), and tape it! Any missing or damaged shoebox will be charged 10€.

      Post it
      • Go to your nearest post office to drop off your package free of charge
      • We will send you a confirmation message when we receive your package. Once your package is received, your refund or exchange will be processed within approximately 2 business days.

          We recommend that you choose for the shipment the "Return goods" custom option and keep the tracking number of the parcel in case it is requested by the Customer Service. A prepaid label can be sent to you by our Customer Service. The amount of this label will then be deducted from your refund.
