Tick the product(s) you wish to return or exchange Specify the reason for your return or exchange.

Customer Service will quickly send you a pre-paid label to print and stick on your package.

Products must be returned in new condition, i.e. tried on but not worn. Products must be returned in their original box or packaging. We recommend that you try on your shoes on a mat to avoid any marks or scratches on the soles.

Put your products to be returned and your completed return form in the parcel and stick the pre-paid label on it.

3. POST YOUR PACKAGE

Go to your nearest post office to drop off your parcel free of charge. You can also drop off your return in one of our Parisian shops.

We will send you a confirmation message when we receive your package. Once we have received your parcel, your refund or exchange will be made within approximately 2 working days.
